Delivery areas and shipping costs
We currently deliver exclusively to Germany and Austria. Different shipping costs apply depending on the order value and destination country, which you can find in the following table:
The respective shipping costs are also assigned to each item under the "plus shipping" link and can also be viewed there. Additionally, you can determine the shipping costs precisely using our shipping cost calculator below.
Our Shipping Service Providers
We ship the order either via DPD or DHL. Unfortunately, DPD cannot deliver to packing stations. Unfortunately, we are also currently unable to deliver to German islands subject to surcharges.

Depending on the destination country, delivery service, or order amount, we may offer you discounts or may need to consider higher delivery costs. Use our clear shipping cost calculator by first selecting the destination country for the delivery to include any base delivery prices. Then choose the shipping service provider of your choice. Finally, enter the probable gross value of your order under 3. to calculate the discount thresholds mentioned above.

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date
The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, for other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a nationally recognized public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such a day.
Information on Delivery Times
For orders from Austria, you must add a maximum of 5 days to the delivery time stated for the respective item. If you order multiple items from us within one order, each with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment.
Self Pickup
If you have selected "Self Pickup" as the delivery method, you will receive a pickup information email from us when your order is ready for pickup. With this email, you can pick up your order according to the information at our location (Wiegand & Partner GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Str. 6, 82140 Olching).
